A few months back a fellow Depp fan came up with an incredible idea to prepare a quilt
with the names of Depp fans from all over the globe as the basis for the patchwork and to
present it to him for his birthday this month. Many of us thought this was an incredibly
unique and heartfelt idea and were quite eager to participate. For those of you who
participated I am sure your excitement level is as high as mine is at the moment.
Susan (our quilting genius) has received a wonderful letter from Johnny himself thanking
all of the fans who participated in this creation and as always he is as gracious and
humble as any man of his stature could possibly be. But this is why we love him, is it not?
Susan, thank you for contacting us and letting us be a part of this amazing artwork and
now we can all ponder the fact that our names are resting somewhere in his home for his
gorgeous eyes to peruse any time he wishes.
