| My boot is like an old girlfriend. We are always together and we lived through so many things together! I just wanted to give her an homage for its loyalty and being there. |
| The first two pictures consist of the January 2000 Studio Magazine cover and Johnny's self portrait. The remaining photos of Johnny drawing on himself were taken by Christophe d'Yvoire on a London train headed to Paris. The last photo in this collection is yet another very telling depiction of himself. |
